Yonina, it's ok for you to adopt twins. According to the related law, foreigners can only adopt one child at a time. If they plan to adopt another one, they should adopt him/her one year later. However, if the adoptees are a twin or siblings who live in the same orphanage, then they adopt a twin or all siblings.
