About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

In this scenario would a double entry visa suffice, or do I need to get a multiple entry one?

Hi - in a space of 2 weeks I'm travelling from Guangzhou to Hong Kong, staying a few nights, then back to Guangzhou in order to fly from Guangzhou to Beijing ( would be in Guangzhou less than a few hours ).
