About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

is it hard to get her, her mom and dad each their visa's for the wedding?

I am an American and my fiance is a Chinese. We are looking at getting the Chinese marriage book soon but we wanted to have the wedding itself in America so that my family can attend. We will probably only stay in the US for 3 weeks at most and then return to China.

Christian, American tourist type requires many documents. If your wife's parents and herself never applied before, I think they may ask help from some agencies. They are more familar with the procedures. They just need to submit required documents to the agency and then the agency help them with their application. Of course, each person is asked to pay the handling fee.
