About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Bangkok to Shanghai to canada. Can we apply for 72 hours free transit?

We are coming from Bangkok to Shanghai then home to canada we want to see the great wall can we leave shanghai to goto Beijing then go back to Shanghai to fly home with the 72 hour pass or what is suggested?

Josh, you can't leave Shanghai during 72 hours free transit. If you plan to visit the Great Wall, you should set Beijing as your transit city. And you won't enjoy 72 hours free transit if you transit in Beijing first and then fly back to Canada from Shanghai.
