can my f visa be cancelled?

Question

I came to china to teach through an agency. Now I quit the agency beacuse I didnt like the job. I have an F and want to learn chinese instead. will the agency be able to cancel my F? Its for 6 months and I've been here for 3 months already.

Your agency do not have the right to cancel your F. If you want to learn Chinese in a school, you can try to apply for a new student type and your former F will expires automatically.
