Are taxis readily available?Is there an airport link by bus or metro?Is 4 hours sufficient time between flights?

Taxi need about an hour if there is no traffic jam. You can take airport shuttle bus line 1; it can take you to the terminal 2 of Hongqiao Airport. If you have international flights, considering the check out, check in, and transportation time, it may be a little tight. Just hurry up.
