About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Travel permit from Amsterdam, via Beijing, to Manila?

Dear sir madame,

We will visite Manilla at the first of December.
We will depart at the 28th of November from Amsterdam at 2.40 PM. We will arrive in Beijing at the 29th of November at 6.55 AM.

At the 1th of December, we will depart Beijing, via Xiamen, to Manilla.
My question is: can we use the 72 hours free transit in Beijing?
And what do we need to arrange in advance, to use this option?

Thank you.

I. from Holland.

You cannot use the 72-hour free transit since you will have a stopover in Xiamen before flying to Manila. You need to apply for a Transit G in advance for your transfering in China.
