Permanent residence visa eligibility for South Africans

Hi

I'm a South African citizen and my husband is a Senegalese citizen with South African permanent residence and we have a 21 month old child together who's a South African citizen. My husband has been travelling to China once or twice a month for the past 12 years and I have traveled to China 10 times in the past 3 years. We want to move to China permanently to start a new business together. Which type can we apply for?

Based on your current experience, you cannot apply a permanent resident in China.
Since you want to start a new business in China, you can apply for a Z type to stay in China for a long time. Then after some years later, you can try to apply a permanent resident permit.
