I am currently dating a dragon while I myself is an rabbit....Do you think it will work out for us?

I was born in November 20th 1999 while he was born In April 11th 2000...
And Yes I know we are both pretty young but I can't help with the urge of curiosity
And If we are pretty well-suited what can we do to improve the relationship (It's long distant btw) and Frequently we have been having minor arguments for very "stupid" things such as matter of opinions......
Anyway I would very appreciate if you can help us out with your advice
