Confirmation of 72 hour free transit in Beijing

Hi, my girlfriend and I want to use the 72 hour free policy for a 60hours visit in Beijing. Our flight leaves from Manila to Beijing. But we have fuelstops in Xian - 1h ( same number of flights, same airplane, we dont leave airplane) its an international flight. From Beijing, we fly to Amsterdam . Can we still use this policy?
thanks a lot.

You may not enjoy the 72-hour free transit, since you will stop once at Xian. No matter how long the stop over is, it is regarded as a double transit. So you need to apply for a Transit G in advance.
