Passport not valid for more than 6 months

Hi,

I am travelling on a UK Passport from Australia to China then transiting onto Prague, my passport will have approx 4 months validity on it - will this be ok?

I am then travelling on to london, then from london to berlin then back to Australia - will I be allowed entry to Australia if my passport has around 2 months remaining?

Thanks

Since you just make a transfer, the 4 months' validity is OK. Please do not worry. For Australia, their rules are unclear for me.
