During your two days stay in Macau, you can visit the Ruins of St. Paul’s, Sendo Square, Monte Fort, A-ma Temple, Fisherman’s Wharf, Wine Museum and the Venetian Macau-resort-hotel.
The food that you are suggested to eat are Bacalhau (codfish), Galinha Portuguesa, Linguado Macau, Paella - Portuguese Seafood and Rice. These are the popular local food, you can have a try.

Staying in Hong Kong, you are suggested to go to the Victoria Peak, Ocean Park, Disneyland resort, Victoria Bay. In Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mongkok, you can do some shopping. As for food you can go to the Temple Street night market, where you can taste the delicious local snack.
