i will like to know the weather condition in jiangsu around the month on jan and feb.

As I know, the temperature there has a very large difference in Jan. and Feb. Sometimes it would be 50-68F, but sometimes it would be 26-41F. In general, the weather is based on sunny days or rainy and snowy days. If you’re going to there during that time period, you need to prepare both thick clothes and thin clothes for different weather.1
