Visiting Hong Kong from Australia want to go to Shenzhen and back to Hong Kong what do I need?

My sister and I are going to Hong Kong as part of a tour group, we leave Australia on the 30th November, 2014. We have several free days and my sister and I would like to go to China, in particular to Shenzhen. What is the best way to get a visa and could we stay a night in Shenzhen?

Since you still have some time to leave Australia, you are suggested to apply for a single entry Tourist L for visiting Shenzhen. You can apply through the local nearby CVASC. After you get the Tourist L, you can stay one night in Shenzhen.
