Can I take the airport express to the Macau ferry terminal in Hong Kong?

No, you cannot. The airport express can only take you to HK station. Then you need to walk through an underpass to Central, where transfer to Island MTR line to Sheung Wan station. After getting there, you can easily walk to the ferry terminal.
