About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

Visas for Hong Kong,Macau and Zhuhai

I am planning a week long trip to HK and Macau on an Australian passport arriving from Bangkok. I understand that I do not need to apply for HK or Macau but would I need another for Zhuhai if I was only going to stay there for 2 or 3 days

Greg, if you just go to Zhuhai only, you can apply for the special VOA for Shenzhen at Gongbei Border. It allows you to stay in Zhuhai as long as 5 days.

Thanks Chris for your reply. Will I need to show pre -booked accommodation in Zhuhai and a ticket out of Hong Kong/ Macau to be able to get the VOA ?

If you can book the accommodation and the tickets, you are suggested to book it in advance and those paperworks will help you to get the VOA easily.
