About:Hong Kong Visa Application

Hong Kong working visa required.

Our company has a maintenance contract with a very large Hong Kong company which requires me to travel to HK every 6 months and work there for 3 weeks before returning home to Australia. I am an Australian citizen and have traveled to Hong Kong many times using a working permit. This was easy to obtain as we had an office in HK. I filled out form 990A, the HK office filled out form 990B.
We no longer have an office in HK so we cannot fill out fom 990B.
How do I now apply for a 12 month multiple entry working permit ?
HK Immigration Department will have on their records, details of my previous trips to HK.

Probably, you may need to apply for a Transit/Visit type with business purposes.
Your company needs to provide you a letter to state your real purpose for staying in HK and the large company in HK needs to issue you an invitation letter. With these two letters together with your valid passport, an application form with a recent taken photo, your round trip tickets and bank statement to apply it.

This is my opinion and you can still further contact the HK immigration department to get an exact answer, because they have the final right to decide which type to issue to go.
