About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I am an Irish citizen, does my passport need to be valid for 6 months when travelling to Hong Kong?

It is suggested to have validity for at least 6 months, otherwise, you may be rejected. If your passport's validity is less than that but you can provide round trip tickets or so, your passport may be used.
