About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

13-hour layover in PVG to Delhi. I'm from Manila. do i need visa to go out of PVG for around 8 hour?

As your transit will be within 24h, you can easily apply for a stay permit at PVG. With the permit, you will be allowed to leave the airport for a short visit.
