might overstay my days in china

Question

Hi! On the 2nd I have to depart from China because I have delayed to apply for residence permit. U was supposed to have applied this week but found Beijing exit entry health department closed for physical examination and I won't be able to apply for visa however I won't be able to leave China Friday will I be fined and how much?

What is your duration of stay?For the 2nd, do you mean the September 2n, or the Oct 2?If you overstay for a short time, maybe around one to to days, you may be fined and the fee is 500RMB per day. If the overstaying is longer, it is hard to tell.

2nd October. and i will only be able to apply for physical medication examination on the 8th after the holidays which means i can aply for permit 3 days later and my visa will be late by 10 days then
