About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

if I fly from amsterdam to hong kong to shanghai to seoul to amsterdam, is 72 hrs visa allowed?

i plan to fly first to hong kong, stay two days, then transfer to shanghai for 3 days, then fly back to amsterdam via seoul in south korea. would i then get a 72 hours free transit, and should i inform the airline that takes me from hong kong to shanghai? thanks!
