Overstaying student visa, would i be denied my entry to china again?

I have X1 type, but I need to leave China after 32 days of my entry and I don't have time to do my residence permit. If i overstay those 2 days would I face penalties? Would i be denied my entry to china again?

Rita, you will be fined for your overstaying. This record may have adverse effect on your future applications for Chinese visa.
