About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can i use 72 hour visa if i was already in China?

I am in China with 90 days-one entry type, but i want to visit Japan or Hong Kong. So my plan was to buy a ticket for Japan return one day before my flight to Shanghai take my luggage and go home to Serbia. Is it possible???

You mean you will fly from Japan to Shanghai and then back to your country on your back trip, right?
If so, it is possible. If you stay in Shanghai for no more than 72 hours, you can still enjoy the free transit policy.

I know that. However if your stay in Shanghai for your trip Japan - Shanghai - Sebria is no more than 72 hours, you can still apply to enjoy that service. Only a stay permit is required at the Shanghai airport to leave under thhis policy.
