is there a bus service from nanjing lukou airport to 200 Xiaolingwei

Yes, but it won't directly take u to your destination. take shuttle bus line 1 and get off at Xihuamen. Then walk to Xianmen metro station to take subway line 2 and get off at Xiamfang or Xiaolingwei. After that, your destination is around 480 meters away.
