About:China Embassy in Thailand

can a apply a visa in bangkok?

i am a austrian passport holder and i will be for one week in thailand and later i Need to go China.

You can apply it in Bangkok.

Since you only stay in Bangkok for one week, you are suggested to apply in Autralia to make sure that you can get obtain it smoothly.
