About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Visa application for scientific conference in Shenzen

Hello,
I'm a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, currently studying in a Japanese university in Fukushima. I need to attend a conference in Shenzen this December, for what kind I should apply for? Also, should I necessarily apply to the consulate in Niigata, or I can do it, for example in Tokyo? Furthermore, should I schedule an application meeting with consulate beforehand or I can submit my forms any day?

Bektur, you need to apply for a F type. Since you stay in Fukushima, you'd better apply from the Chinese consulate that has jurisdiction right in your area. There is no need to make appoinment in advance. Once you have all required documents, you can visit the consulate and submit your application.
