Can I save my love? Will I succeed? Will she come back to me?

My gf was born 7 Sept 1978. My DOB 13 June 1980. We have gone through several fights these year due of emergence of a 3rd party who has distracted my gf. I still love her regardless and wanted to retain this relationship.
