About:Macau Travel

Route of my trip on Day 2 in Macau

Hi, I am staying at Estrada do Repouso, below is my itinerary planned. Need your advice,
1) whether I should avoid A-Ma temple as is close 6pm, but i have no where to slot in.
2) Should I take public bus or Cab as I have total of 4 ppls. will be easier and cheaper?

Day 2 – Hotel ->Guia Fort & Lighthouse, Macao -> Wine Musium-> Fisherman's Wharf) ->Lunch -> Macao Science Center ->Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre->Macao Tower

Sorry, I don't see your plan on Day 1, but if your time permits, A-ma Temple is suggested to visit as a must-see spot there. For your plan on Day 2, taxi is a good way for you have four persons, but for some routes, public bus is better. The taxi sometimes is not hard to take and the fare is a little high.

Then you can take a taxi from the fort to Wine Museum. Then u are recommended to walk to Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro to take bus no. 3 to Macao Ferry Terminal and walk several minutes to the wharf. After visiting, walk 10-15min to the Science Center and Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre. Then I just know bus no. 32 can directly take you from the fisherman wharf to the tower.

Hi Ian,

Thanks for ur replied. I am bringing my parents along, they are at their 60+, so
i am trying to minimize walking part. I am also planning to take taxi from the fort to Wine Museum
as well. then plan to walk over Fisherman's Wharf, which only 450meter? after that, plan to have lunch
nearby there, I guess should have. Then maybe will catch a bus (3A/12 Bus 17min) to Science Center,
i checked online one..hehe. Then walk about 10min to Kun Iam Ecumenical Centre. Then take bus 23 or 32
to Macao Tower. By this time, i guess sure after 6pm, thats y i am abit struggle on where should i
slot in the A-ma temple.

For my day 1, are mostly those nearby and walking distance. As we will reach HK airport abt 11am,
will taking ferry to Macau, then properly take taxi from jetty to the hotel.Properly is already about 2pm.
Day 1 – Check In hotel at Estrada do Repouso-> Lunch -> walk ~4min to Macao Museum
-> Mount Fortress -> Ruins of St. Paul's-> St. Dominic's Church-> Senado Square -> Snacks
-> Hotel / Casino Lisboa ->Bus Lisboa ->Ferry Terminal ->Bus Venetian-> Casino Venticia
->Bus Galaxy -> Ruins of St. Paul's -> Dinner.
