i have a few questions about my visa

i'm from Indonesia. i Plan to visit GuangZhou on 13-Oct'14 & return to my country on 6-Nov'14. on 18-Oct, i plan to go to KinMen (Taiwan) by ferry from XiaMen & i plan to return to XiaMen on 22-Oct. On 28-Oct, i plan to go to HongKong & return to GuangZhou again on 30-Oct.
1) Is it posible for me to apply for a China multiple-entry visa in Indonesia?
2) If option 1 is impossible, is it very risky for me to get a re-entry visa in XiaMen & ShenZhen, respectively for my planned visits above? if it's not risky, how long is each visa entry can allow me to stay in China?

Please kindly help.

Thank you,

Johny, you can give it a try. But it's difficult for you to acquire the multiple type if you haven't had Chinese visa records. If you get one, your each of stay should be around 30 days. And you can apply for the VOA in Xiamen and Shenzhne too. However, there is no guarantee that you will acquire it.
