I am indonesian passport holder. My visa in china is going to be run out of the time and I decided to go to macau.

So your itinerary is to fly from Macau, transit in Guangzhou and then fly back to Indonesia? If you transit less than 24 hours in Guangzhou, you needn't apply for a G type. In addition, you can't get the VOA if you just go to Guangzhou and take flight back to Indonesia.
