can u please tell me best route from beijing railway station to west 4th ring road?

Well, subway is recommended. Take subway line 2 at BJ Railway Station to Chaoyangmen, where transfer to line 6 to get off at its terminus - Haidian Wuluju. Then the West 4th Ring Road is around 1.6km away. You can take a taxi to reach there exactly.
