About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

i would like to know what is the procedure to apply china working visa while i now on tourist one?

im a malaysian. what time of company that the china government will granted the working one? hotel industry?and if successful, how long the duration of it??is it hard to get one?

You can try to apply in HK. But I have no idea whether you will apply successfully in HK because the applicants are required to provide their legal resident permit in HK. So I still think you'd better apply in Malaysia, which saves you many troubles.
