Pakistani eligibility for VoA

Hi I am a Pakistani passport holder with an Austrian Residence permit living in Hong Kong at the moment. I have previously been issued PRC visas and traveled and stayed in China. Am I eligible to apply for VoA? Also, how strict is the immigration in terms of the letter from a Chinese company being required?

Hi, you have to apply for it in advance. If you are now living in HK, you can apply there from the Commissioner's Office of the China Foreign Affairs. VOA is very difficult to get in this situation.
