Can I bring Mexican dried chiles (in packaging), Froot Loops, Cheetos, and Abuelita chocolate?

I am traveling through Beijing for a connecting flight to Malaysia and am bringing items for a friend who lives there. She cannot get these items in Malaysia and wants me to bring them with me when I come visit. Is it ok to bring these through customs in China?
