I am 70 years old and visited the great place last year with my husband. I felt I had altitude sickness, but things went rather well in the park. I even didn't feel uncomfortable, but things were a little hard at Huanglong, which has higher altitude. Therefore, if your situation is not that bad, you can visit almost parts of it. And the lowest part is right inside of the entrance, not much to see. Be brave and confident!
