There are so many lines in the city, so which one do you refer to? Anyway, they generally operates from 06:00-06:30 to around 23:00. By mentioning Shamian, may I know if it is your destination? If so, Huangsha Park of subway line 6 is very close to Shamian Island and its operating hours are from 06:00-06:10 to 22:50-23:15.
