About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

can i get my 72 hour transit permit when i land at shenyang or does it have to be done before i get

You need to inform your airline stuff about the request of free transit so that they will send your information to the airport before landing. The permit will be issued upon arrival showing your original passport and flight ticket for leaving.
