Are there any entry requirements for SHenzhen Safari park

We are coming to China & Hong Kong next month and we had our name down to do a tour to the park, we have been notified that we can no longer participate as people have dropped out of the tour so we now don't have more than 6 people in the group.
Can anyone enter the Safari park or so you need to be in a group?
