Are tickets digital or physical?

Can you tell me if the tickets purchased through your site digital or physical? We want to travel from Chengdu -> Xi'an -> Zhengzhou -> Beijing by bullet train. Will we receive pdf or Apple Wallet passes for our purchased tickets?

You will receive a confirmation email attached with a PDF showing ticket information and instructions, so no physical ticket as your information has been put into the railway system. You just need to take your passport to take trains (by scanning your passport or going through the manual channel). Wish you nice trips~
