I am wondering whether you refer to Lushan Hotel at Jiahe Road, Siming District. If so, walk from the hotel to Lianhua Lukou East bus stop to take bus no. 952 or 950 to get off at Lundu (meaning ferry port in Chinese). Then you can easily walk to the port to catch a ferry to the island.0
