Can you please advise me what the type of visa should I apply for him and what the documents required to be prepared?

Hi,

I'm representative for my company to handling on Pass, Permit & Visa.
We will send a technician (Malaysian) to China on 2nd week of June.

He assigned by our Client for repairing activity that to be done on board of the vessel during pipeline installation.

The target duration staying in China is within 3 weeks and could be more. (depend on progress and client requested).

I'm a bit confuse as I get different info in the web site.
