Query about Visa to enter into china

Dear Sir,

I got selected by a Chinese company for permanent job for a managerial position .
Please advise me what type of Visa is required?
My company says they will apply for employment type once i reach there and join the company , will it be comfortable for me?
how can i go there without any entry permit?
Kindly advise me for the detail process.
