Sir/Mdm,i would greatly appreciate if you are able to advise me what type of visa should i apply to stay in china from 6 month to a year to stay with my singaporean cousin working in china.what type of documents do we need?thank you very much.

It is very hard for you to get a visa to stay in China from 6 months to a year because the person works in China is your cousin rather than your immediate family members. If your parents or children works in China, it is possible for you to apply for work visa as dependent, then change it into 1 year residence permit within 30 days after entry. I'm afraid that you can only obtain a single entry Tourist visa for family visit with 30 days or more stay duration.
