I will fly from the US to Ulanbaatar, Mongolia (transfer in PEK) on leg 1 of my trip and then ULN to PEK for a visit to the city for less than 72 hours (about 2 days), then will fly back to the US from PEK. Does this apply to the 72 hour visa?
