Can you give some more specific food guidelines to assist me in knowing what to bring?

I have some canned salmon and tuna, as I have severe food allergies that make me unable to eat a lot of the foods in China. Are these products allowed in my checked baggage? As well, I have meal replacement drinks, which may be milk based.

Canned salmon and tuna are ok. However, uncooked or raw meat are not allowed. Animal milk or its products, such as raw milk, fresh milk, yoghurt, cream, cheese are not allowed to enter China too.
