About:Sanya Airport

What's about new rules since May 2014?

In Singapure the passport control is stopped me. They said, that I can't fly to Sanya, because of "new rules since May 2014". Before this rules I can enter to SY for 15 days as individual and get Visa right in airport. Can I get Visa now right in SY airport? I'm Russian and my passport and ticket is OK! Thanks.

I did not hear any information about the new policy from Chine government. Maybe some poclicy published from Singpapore stop you, so you may need to consult the truth.
