Is there Wifi in Nanjing Airport?

I know this may be a silly question but I am heading to NUAA for a summer school program and will be arriving from Canada. As this is a 25hr+ flight, once I land and am settled I would like to be able to contact my family at home telling them I have arrived safely.
Via Skype or WeChat.


Also any recommendations on what I should use if I want to make phone calls home or contact family with wifi?
