About:Xinjiang Singing and Dancing

Beijing to Chengdu Transfers

Hi. I'm planning to have a family trip to Beijing and considering CDin my itinerary to catch real pandas and see how cute these creatures are. Would you mind if i ask what's the best mode of transpo from Beijing to CD the easiest/cheapest way. Train, plane or bus? And how many hours travel time? Thanks a lot!

It is cheapest to travel by train, but it takes 24h or longer. If your time is limited, it is suggested to travel by air and it only requires 2.5-3h. Sometimes, there are great dicounts of the air ticket fare. Just pay attention to the latest info in the Flight page at this website.

Upon arriving at CD, you can take a taxi to reach the breeding center to see pandas!

Hi Erick. Thanks for the info. You must've travelled there in CD before. Will take note of your piece of advice. Arent they lovely pandas? :)

Yes, I did. My family went there in 2012 and it was an amazing experience. The pandas are very cute, but visitors are just allowed to see them in a relatively long distance.My daughter also held the baby and we took many pictures of them, for which we paid almost 320USD I remember (they said that is donation fee for these cute creatures), but it was worth! And I suggest you go there early, or there will be crowds!
