Can I apply HKID cards for my kids in Vancouver while both parents are HK permanent residence?

ReplyI am afraid not. Children of HK Certificate of Identity holders born abroad will most likely not be eligible for right of abode in Hong Kong unless the child is a Chinese citizen at birth.00Reply
