About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Can we fly from America to Tokyo to Shanghai! stay 72 hours without a visa.

Then fly back to Toyko and board a cruise ship for America.

No, you can not avail 72 hour free transit if you fly Tokyo-Beijing-Tokyo.
